I like these "Why you shouldn't take this or that course" videos. They're a hit of eye-opening realism to your ideals about education. They should make a "Why you shouldn't even go to college or university". Or its already out there, I'll search for one.
"Because I like reading!" is not a valid reason for being a librarian. One thing why Literature wasn't a choice in my list of college courses is that I didn't want to hate reading. A surefire way to dislike something is to take exams or tests on the subject, or read their nose-bleeding academic literature.
